November payments to families served by the Auxílio Brasil Program began last Thursday, the 17th, however, it is not uncommon to find beneficiaries who report every month that the amounts did not fall into the account, and in these cases, it is necessary to understand the reasons that may have caused the disorder.
At first, beneficiaries must wait a few days after the official payment date to make sure that it is not a one-off delay in transfers, however, if after waiting the amounts are still not deposited in the account, it will be necessary to evaluate the situations that may cancel or block the benefit.
Currently, there are two main causes for the blocking or cancellation of families in the Auxílio Brasil: the lack of updating of the information passed on in the Cadastro Único (CadÚnico), which must be updated every two years at the most or every time there are changes in the family, or have failed to meet the required requirements.
In both cases, beneficiaries of the income transfer program will need to get in touch with Caixa, via telephone 111, or with the Ministry of Citizenship, via telephone 121, to understand which of the situations they fall into, it being necessary to inform the CPF and date of birth for the attendant for verification.
Aid Brazil did not fall into the account
After making the call and understanding why the Auxílio Brasil did not fall into the account, it may be necessary to unlock the benefit by updating the family’s data, and in this case, the benefit holder, called the Family Responsible (RF), must attend to a Social Assistance Reference Center (Cras) with the following documents of all family members:
- CPF of the Family Representative, or;
- Voter Title of the Family Representative;
- Identification document of each member of the family (CPF preferred);
- Updated proof of residence;
- Proof of enrollment of children and adolescents (if any);
- Work card for each member of the family (not required, but helps).
Who receives the Brazil Aid in November?
O Program Auxílio Brasil, which will once again be called Bolsa Família, monthly serves more than 21 million families in situations of economic and social vulnerability, and to qualify, they need to meet eligibility criteria, such as presenting per capita income classified as a situation of poverty or of extreme poverty.
Families in a situation of extreme poverty are those with a family income of up to R$105 per person, whereas families in a situation of poverty are those with a family income between R$105.01 and R$210 per person and who have among their family members people up to 21 years old and/or pregnant women.
Therefore, to receive the benefit of the federal government’s income transfer program, it is necessary to be registered in the Cadastro Único (CadUnique) and present family income per person within the indicated above, in addition to complying with the rule, which requires that children have high school attendance and have all vaccines up to date.
