As of November 1 Veikko Moilanen join the WEMO Sales team for WEMO Special projects. Veikko has more than 25 years of experience in the sheet metal processing industry and is responsible for further business development in the Asian market. WEMO is pleased with the arrival of Veikko. As a person he fits very well in the WEMO culture and his focus and extensive knowledge and experience in this market is of great importance to seize the opportunities in Asia.

The Asian sheet metal processing industry has a huge need for automation. The market faces many challenges; skilled labor, rising material prices and component scarcity. WEMO’s custom plate bending machines meet this need and can achieve the fastest cycle times and the lowest costs per product.

Veikko spent more than 20 years at Finpower/PrimaPower, where he was responsible for system sales in Asia. He started after his PrimaPower era Vaski Oy in Finland, a company specialized in flat bar machines, cut-to-length machines and multi-coil systems.
