EPM has made a series of announcements indicating that little by little some services that were intermittent during the weekend are being restored. or suspension by the utility company.

Last night, the entity indicated that the aqueduct service has been restored to the 5,286 facilities of the Paraíso subcircuit of the municipality of Caldas, south of Aburrá, which was affected by heavy rains last Thursday.

Despite the reopening of the water, EPM indicated that it continues to carry out research work with geophones in the subcircuit in order to determine the high water consumption that occurs this year. and that forced the suspension of the service in the urban area of Caldas.

On the other hand, EPM also indicated yesterday that it restored the provision of natural gas service for the 12,664 clients of the municipality of Chigorodó and for the 20,828 clients of the municipality of Turbo in Urabá, Antioquia.

The restoration occurred after EPM explained that the work that Invías has prioritized on the highway between San Juan de Urabá and Necoclí has allowed the safe passage of tractor trucks that transport gas from the department of Córdoba.

The company indicated that if these favorable conditions on the road continue, it will be possible to normalize the provision of natural gas service. in the other municipalities of Urabá that currently have the service interrupted.
