(AOF) – ID Logistics, an international contract logistics group, recorded a group net profit of 18.3 million euros, up 41.9% over one year. Its turnover increased by 32.2% to 1.181 billion euros and its current operating income to 42.3 million euros, up 52.7%, for the first half of 2022. Internationally, turnover experienced strong growth (46.7%) to reach 757.7 million euros.

It includes the revenue of GVT, a company acquired in Benelux in December 2021 and Kane Logistics, a company acquired in the United States on March 31, 2022.

“The good commercial and financial performance that we achieved during the first half of 2022 is the result of our organic growth, our ability to support our customers and the relevance of our three recent acquisitions. In a context that promises to be demanding ID Logistics is well positioned to continue profitable growth in the second half of 2022,” said Eric Hémar, CEO of ID Logistics.
