Samsung touchscreen tablets are always a guarantee of quality, even those that are a little dated. For example, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite released in 2020 is still a good choice, especially since it has never been as affordable as it is today, going from 399 euros to only 199 euros.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a lighter version of an old high-end tablet from the brand, like the Galaxy Tab S7 FE more recently. It therefore offers slightly more modest characteristics without sacrificing quality or user experience, but above all it considerably reduces the amount of the final invoice. In addition, it is found today with a significant reduction of 50%.
The basics of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
- The S Pen is included
- The Full HD+ screen is 10.4 inches
- Autonomy is excellent with 7,040 mAh
Instead of 399 euros at launch, but now sold at 299 euros, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (with 64 GB of storage) is currently available on sale at only 199 euros at Ubaldi thanks to an ODR of 100 euros valid until to September 30.

A “stylus” touchscreen tablet
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a lighter version of the high-end tablet of the same name. We will therefore not find the elements premium of the top-of-the-range 2019 model from which it is inspired, starting with the raw performance. The affordable solution from the Korean giant therefore offers an Exynos 9611 chip (with 4 GB of RAM) which has already proven itself on the Galaxy A51, a former mid-range smartphone from the brand. This is enough to enjoy a smooth user experience on a daily basis, especially since it is also possible to run some 3D games if you are not too fussy about the graphic quality.
The Korean giant’s tablet obviously hosts Samsung’s excellent One UI interface, for undeniable comfort on a daily basis. In addition, it comes automatically with an S Pen to take notes or draw. The latter, however, lacks wireless functionality. The stylus is also not as pleasant to use as with Samsung’s high-end tablet. It feels a bit like writing with a pen on paper.
Up to 3 days of autonomy!
You should then know that the tablet’s panel is not AMOLED, but IPS LCD. Goodbye infinite contrasts and hello less vivid colors on the screen. However, it is still of good quality and its 10.4-inch diagonal remains very pleasant for watching content on Netflix and others, or simply browsing the Internet. The tablet finally offers a very promising autonomy on paper thanks to its 7040 mAh battery. In fact, count between 1 to 3 days of endurance for mixed use, alternating video streaming, games, social networks, etc. It also charges quite quickly thanks to its USB-C port.
