The driver and a woman suffered serious injuries that had to be attended to by emergency technicians from the Atzalan National Rescue Squad. The municipality of Atzalan is located 71 kilometers away from the capital of Veracruz and is between Altotonga and Perote.
The woman who received help was identified as 33-year-old Claudia “N”, while the operator said his name was 38-year-old Francisco “N”, originally from Camargo, Tamaulipas; Both people were taken by ambulance to Altotonga hospital.
