Antin Infrastructure Partners has agreed to acquire Consilium Safety Group from Nordic Capital for an undisclosed price, the companies said Monday.
The French private-equity company made the acquisition–which remains subject to regulatory approval–of Sweden-based Consilium through a wholly owned affiliate of its Flagship Fund V. This marks the fund’s third investment, Antin said.
Consilium specializes in flame and gas detection systems within building, marine, transportation, and energy sectors, in which Antin has considerable experience, the companies said. Consilium operates in over 55 countries.
Nordic Capital completed the acquisition of Consilium in 2020 and said the plans set out at the time have been executed much earlier than expected.
Antin said it will seek to support and accelerate Consilium’s next chapter of growth.
