
TOLUCA.- At least six people were injured after an explosion in a place located in Toluca, State of Mexico.
The event occurred on the morning of this Thursday, May 25, in the streets Philip Villanueva and Constituentspresumably due to an accumulation of gas.
Explosion in Toluca leaves six injured
This Thursday morning an explosion due to gas accumulation took place in a local of the city of Toluca.
A security camera captured the exact moment of the explosion inside the business.
As can be seen in the video, seconds before the detonation a woman walks on the sidewalk in front of the business premises, who is left lying on the ground with rubble on her body, but moments later she gets up and walks away from the site.
Behind her, several people leave the now-destroyed premises; the residents of the area approach the scene and call the emergency services.
Among the injured were two women aged 26 and 31 and a 43-year-old man, who were taken to the Medical Center ‘Lic. Adolfo Lopez Mateos’.
The man was hospitalized and his condition is reported as serious, according to the Mexican Agency.
To the General Hospital ‘Dr. Nicholas San Juan’ A child under four years of age and a 63-year-old man were transferred, both reported as serious.
A sixth injured was transferred to the Red Cross Tolucaindicated the General Coordination of Civil Protection and Edomex Comprehensive Risk Management.
