Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.- The case of the feminicide of Ana Maria continues, now with the hearings against the alleged attacker of the 18-year-old girl, it is Allan’N’who on the afternoon of Monday, September 18, was placed in informal preventive detention, following the decision of a control judge based in the Barrientos prison in the municipality of Tlalnepantla, in the State of Mexicois accused of the femicide of the young woman, who was his romantic partner.
Ana María was found lifeless inside her address in Sayavedra Countyin the municipality of Atizapan of Zaragoza, on September 12. Now, this Tuesday the alleged feminicide was linked to the process for the murder of the young woman. It should be noted that the subject was arrested in the municipality of Malinalco in the State of Mexico and placed at the disposal of the Barrientos prison judge, who determined that he would remain in preventive detention and now linked to proceedings.
It should be noted that at the time of being capturedAllan ‘N’ already had a ticket ready to escape abroad, so he intended to escape from the authorities on a direct flight. On the other hand, the arrest of the feminicide was achieved by elements of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico and the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protectionall of this after an operation in the municipality of Malinalco during which the arrest of 18-year-old Allan ‘N’ was achieved.
According to the recordings and interviews collected during the investigations of the Mexican authorities, it was determined that the Last September 12, Allan ‘N arrived at Ana María’s home three timesthe first at 03:55 hours boarded a brand vehicle Kia without license plates, which was captured by private security elements of the subdivision through video surveillance cameras. At that time he was wearing a black mask and a blue cap.
Later at At 1:00 p.m., a second visit by the alleged murderer to his victim’s home was recorded, it was aboard the same vehicle; However, on this occasion he had license plates, at that time he spoke with the security person, who said that the woman was not there, so he returned later to look for her.
It was until 6:00 p.m. on September 12 when Ana María was alone in her home, at which time Allan ‘N’ allegedly entered the home and suffocated her until she died.then left aboard his vehicle, but this time he was wearing a mask on his face. For their part, Ana María’s parents shared a conversation with their daughter via WhatsAppin which they noticed language different from the one she usually used and provided screenshots sent by her friends, in which the woman reported intimidating and aggressive behavior by her then partner.
It should be noted that the September 14, experts, the criminalist and forensic chemist, collected latent fingerprints in entrances to the victim’s house and room.. Likewise, they seized a black face mask and a navy blue cap, allegedly used by the man, they also carried out luminescence tests in the bedroom and on September 15, the mechanics of the events were carried out. According to the legal autopsy, the victim died from mechanical asphyxiation, due to compression of the neck. It is worth mentioning that marks were found on her neck, with which she would have been murdered.
