However, the question remained whether the couple would be able to repair their relationship. Or, if Laura would really take her crush on Nacho.

Although the young woman starts the film with Massimo, she senses that a pent-up attraction to Nacho exists. Based on the works of Blanka Lipinska, who also produces the films, the trilogy came to an end looking to find out who Laura would really be with.

Well, if you missed anything about 365 Days 3, we explain the end of the film. After all, who does Laura stay with? With Massimo or Nacho? Find out with us.

What happens in 365 Days 3?

365 Days 3 shows us initially that Laura survived the shocking ending of the previous film. However, the events of the sequel definitely had a big impact on Laura and Massimo’s relationship. Laura is doing what she can to move on. She even asks Nacho to forget about her, but Massimo doesn’t.

The fire between Laura and Massimo has some sensual moments, but it ends quickly. The couple fight after Massimo finds out that Laura didn’t tell him that she lost the baby. So they couldn’t be more separated. In this way, the two drown in their work, Massimo with his gangster life and Laura with her fashion brand.

Together with Olga, Laura heads to Portugal to participate in the Lagos fashion fair. There, she meets Nacho’s sister, Amelia. She convinces Laura to give Nacho time to explain himself, insisting that he is not a bad person even though he is loyal to his father.

Right now, 365 Days 3 there are more hot scenes. Nacho reunites with Laura and after telling her he loves her, they have sex on the beach. Unlike Massimo, Nacho is more than happy to let Laura make her own decisions. He reveals to her that he saved Massimo’s life by killing Anna at the end of the sequence, only because Laura still loved him.

Promising to give her time to decide what she really wants, Nacho then tells Laura:

“I don’t want my happiness at the expense of your suffering. I want you to want me… I’ll wait for you, until you’re ready.”

The reunion with Massimo

Massimo is waiting for Laura at the hotel, but perhaps as a sign of maturity, he agrees to return to Sicily to make room for Laura. She goes to visit her parents and confesses to being in love with Nacho. Certainly, this is one of the greatest dramas of 365 Days 3. After all, Laura reveals not knowing what to do.

Her mother advises her that she should be selfish in a relationship and tells Laura:

“If you put your own happiness first, you will do whatever it takes to make it last.”

After having a threesome with Massimo and Nacho – where they both kiss too – Laura returns to Sicily. Soon she is told by Olga that Massimo knows about the events with Nacho. Olga wants her to run away, but Laura reveals that she won’t be afraid of Massimo.

Laura has a surprise on her way back to Sicily, as Nacho has disguised himself – only with a hat – to be her driver. He declares himself to her and talks about a potential future together. But, she tells him that she still needs time. Then Nacho states that he ‘will wait’ and they part ways at her house.

Upon arriving home, Massimo surprises Laura in 365 Days 3. Rather than being filled with anger at the betrayal, he adopts a calm, philosophical tone. He really knew about Nacho all along and regrets that Laura didn’t share the loss of the baby with him:

“You had to deal with it yourself, it destroyed me.”

Thus, the mobster recalls his past:

“When I was a child, my father used to read a book to me. I still remember a phrase, a little parable. I really didn’t understand at the time. But now I understand. ‘If you really love something, just let it go. If you come back, it’s yours forever. If it doesn’t come back, it was never meant to be’”.

With an unanswered question, the film ends without telling us who Laura really chose. The interpretation is up to the viewer. Did Laura decide to give Massimo another chance? Did she or did she go back to Nacho? Could the young woman have chosen the single life? The viewer will have to imagine.

The ending is totally different from the trilogy it was based on. Although the ending in the books did not please fans, the doubt about what Laura did, seems to irritate them even more. In the third book, things occur that the creators left out of 365 Days 3.

Among them, Massimo killing Laura’s favorite dog, another kidnapping and a heart transplant. In fact, the only real connection is that Laura has a motorcycle like in the movie.

The book ends with Laura choosing to be with Nacho, but this is after Massimo holds her against her will, drugs her and tries to get her pregnant. It’s not really a surprise that she escaped with Nacho in this scenario. The epilogue shows that they have a daughter together, while Massimo has given up and agreed to a divorce.

The thing is, the ambiguous ending has been generating dissatisfaction on the internet. Check out some reactions from the end of 365 Days 3:
