An Argentine football fan who went topless during the World Cup final in Qatar has confirmed she is safe and healthy after concerns were raised over her whereabouts.

The woman who and a friend of hers painted the Argentina flag on their nipples, and appeared live during the celebrations for the final, on several TV channels around the world.
The woman, named Noe, had disappeared after being spotted stripping to celebrate Argentina’s spectacular victory over France.
With public nudity being criminalized in the Gulf state, fans initially had serious fears for the woman’s safety as many believed she could be arrested and detained.
“I spotted her, very brave! she will be arrested there if she is not careful,” tweeted a surfer.
Fortunately, the woman who had prepared her stunt from start to finish managed to dodge any sanction, several media report.
She kept her followers up to date through her Instagram account where she posted numerous updates, and video of her stunt.
She seems to be doing well.
Ahead of the tournament, football fans were warned that they would be expected to abide by Qatar’s strict and conservative customs.
“Visitors (both male and female) should show respect for the local culture by avoiding excessively revealing their clothing in public,” the Qatar Tourism Authority said at the start of the tournament.
“It’s generally recommended that men and women make sure their shoulders and knees are covered.”
Women are prohibited from wearing revealing outfits such as tight-fitting clothes and showing cleavage.
Non-Qatari women are not required to wear the abaya, a long black robe that covers the figure almost from head to toe, but tourists should ensure that tops cover their stomachs and shoulders, while skirts , dresses and pants must hide the knees.
