Tess grew up in the Roermond area and had no fixed place of residence. The last contact between Tess and his family was in the last weeks of July. On Monday afternoon, August 22, he was found dead in Kiel-Windeweer. The police would like to know what happened in the period between July 15 and the discovery of his body. It is currently unclear where he has been staying for the past few weeks and with whom he has been in contact. Because there are still many questions in this investigation, the police are sharing his photo and name. Police are also taking into account that Tess may have used a different name or introduced herself under a different name.
Investigation after drug lab found
The investigation into the exact cause of death is in full swing and a Large-Scale Investigation Team has started. Several scenarios are taken into account. On Sunday, an investigation was launched at the Nieuwe Compagnie after discovering a quantity of drug waste and goods related to the production of drugs. After investigation, it turned out to be a drug lab at that location, which had been in operation. After these materials were found, a 68-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman from the municipality of Midden-Groningen were arrested on Sunday on suspicion of violating the Opium Act. It is being investigated whether there is a relationship between the discovery of the lab and the discovery of the deceased person. The arrested suspects are currently being questioned and their role is being investigated. They’re still stuck.
