According to Panini, there are 670 stickers to be pasted on the album. There is also space for the sponsor Coca-Cola, which has another 8 special stickers. In addition to the 670 stickers sold by the publisher, there are four more spaces to paste the ‘rare’ ones.
The price of the little package of figurine starts at R$ 4.00, with five units. Rare packs contain an extra sixth sticker, also known as Panini Extra Stickers. In all, there are 80 rare figurines.
In this scenario, it can be said that Campo Grande is full of lucky ones! Bernardo Roncatti Marques, a student of Architecture and Urbanism at UFMS, owns the figurine considered the most emblematic of the entire collection: the golden Neymar.

When it was time to open them, the surprise came. “I opened all the packages and the last one came out of Neymar. “I didn’t know about the existence of these rare stickers, I was just going to collect the album. A child who was in front of me turned to me and talked about this figurine, which was worth a lot and was very difficult to take off, and I kept saying that I didn’t have it because I thought it was just a normal Neymar figurine, like all the others.” , says he, in disbelief at such luck.
According to the young man, the figurine is valued at R$ 7,600 on the market. Despite his fortune, he still doesn’t know if he’s going to sell it or keep it.
Pedro Eduardo Quieregati de Oliveira, 19, also had no idea of the value of these figurines. He got the golden figure of player Sadio Mané, who plays for Bayem Munich.
I went the Monday after college to buy a sticker. I bought about 8 packets. I got home to open it and she was in first place. I had seen that this was a rarity, but I didn’t think it could be sold that expensive”, recalls the academic.
Pedro is selling the figurine at R$ 2 thousand.
Lots of extra stickers
Enzo Siqueira Bettoni, 17, was triple lucky. In just one wave of stickers, he got extra base from Cristiano Ronaldo, bronze from Messi and gold from Luis Soárez. “I got it with the little packages I bought last weekend,” he says.
With such rarity in hand, he says he intends to sell them too.
Ederlon was not left out either and can be considered another lucky Campo Grande. He bought 25 figurines at the newsstand and managed to take home a rare chrome too.
“These extras are news to me and rumors of X and Y values and I was lucky to get a silver one from Mexico’s legendary goalkeeper, Ochoa.”
What are the rare Copa album stickers
According to information from Panini to CNN, the extra stickers are those that are not needed to complete the album. There are 80 extra figurines randomly inserted into the common packs, as collectibles.
“These figurines stand out from the others, as they present a moving image. Twenty players were selected, both superstars and beginners, and each is represented in different color variations (burgundy, bronze, silver and gold). The special packs of stickers that have these stickers will come with 6, that is, the 5 regular stickers to complete the album and the extra one”, informs the publisher to the website.
