It was shortly before 11 p.m. this Friday, September 23 that an accident involving a single car in question took place on the D6 Tournon-Saint-Martin. Of the three men in the vehicle, two were ejected and died.

The circumstances which led to the loss of control of the car were still unknown, after the accident which occurred on the D6, Tournon-Saint-Martin shortly before 11 p.m. on Friday 23 September. Three men were traveling in a Dacia brand car, on the D6 between Tournon-Saint-Martin and Lureuil. The car left the road and ended up in a ditch.

Twenty firefighters mobilized

When the emergency services were alerted, shortly before 11 p.m., the car was immobilized in the direction of Tournon-Saint-Martin. Two men, the 45-year-old driver g and one of the passengers aged in his twenties, were thrown from the vehicle.

The firefighters of Indre mobilized significant resources, there were about twenty of them, initially armed with three ambulances and two road rescue vehicles, among others. The firefighters nurse was also on site.

A third man slightly injured

Despite the resuscitation carried out on the spot by the emergency services and the reinforcement of a Samu team from the Blanc hospital, the two men were declared dead on the spot.
A third man, also in his twenties, who was also in the car, was slightly injured. He was taken care of by the emergency services and taken to Le Blanc hospital.

Victims of the same family

The first deputy of the commune, Bernard Lerat was on the spot as well as the services of the gendarmerie. The three men are of Romanian nationality and have family ties. The circumstances of the accident remain to be determined. The debris and signposts struck a hundred meters from the stopping point of the vehicle revealed a shock of great violence.
