Miroslav Micho Velickovich (61), born in Miraflores (Lima) and living in the United States, was an experienced aerobatic pilot who over the years participated in various competitions around the world, while Major FAP Miguel Fernando Duarte Lozada ( 34) graduated from the Air Force Officers School (EOFAP) in 2009 as part of the Colonel FAP Winston San Martin Canales Promotion.
