CA new World Cup dream begins. The Argentine Men’s Vleyball Team will make its debut at the 2022 Poland-Slovenia World Cup. The ‘Albiceleste’ will have their debut match in Group F against Iran in an important duel to start the tournament in the best way.
Argentina and Iran will face each other this Saturday, August 27 from 12:30 p.m. in the city of Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia, one of the venues for the World Cup. The meeting is part of Group F that they also share with the Netherlands and Egypt.
Argentina, bronze medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, will try to show a better version than in previous world championships since in Italy-Bulgaria 2018 it was 15 and in Poland 2014 it was 11. The ‘Albiceleste’ arrives after a long preparation abroad with irregular performances in search of finding its best form after a renewal of names in various positions.
The match between Argentina and Iran be broadcast on TV by ESPN and streaming by Star Plus. The broadcast will feature comments from the legendary Marcos Milinkovic.
Argentina is in Group F of the 2022 World Cup along with Iran, Egypt and the Netherlands. This is the fixture of Marcelo Mndez’s team:

Argentina participated in 12 men’s World Championships. The best results were obtained on national soil since in 1982 third place was obtained and in 2022 sixth place was achieved.same location as in Brazil 1990. Since Italy 2010, the ‘Albiceleste’ cannot be among the top 10 of the competition.
In the first phase there are six groups with four teams each.. The first and second will qualify for the next round, in addition to the four best third parties to define the round of 16. From there they will be direct elimination keys.

The 2022 Volleyball World Cup is divided into two countries: Poland and Slovenia. The first phase will be held in the city of Ljubljana (Slovenia) for Groups B, D and E while Katowice (Poland) will receive the selected teams from A and C. In the second round the city of Gilwice (Poland) will be added and in rooms will also be divided into the main venues of the first phase.
