Donald John Trump Jr., the son of the former US president, has mocked Zelensky’s “ability” to beg money from the West.
And Donald Trump Jr. posted a sarcastic “M” on his account on the “Telegram” site, showing Zelensky smiling in a khaki shirt.
I attached the photo with a comment by the Ukrainian president saying: “Last month I made 40 billion dollars working from home! Find out how!”
Trump Jr. mostly wanted to point to Zelensky’s ceaseless appeals to Western countries and organizations for aid to buy weapons.
It is noteworthy that US President Joe Biden, earlier, ordered a new package of military aid to Ukraine worth $725 million.
In a related context, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced last week that he had agreed, during a phone conversation with Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, that Riyadh would provide financial assistance to Kyiv.
“I spoke with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, and we agreed that Saudi Arabia would provide financial assistance to Ukraine,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter.

The 44-year-old former TV star is a talk of politics as he was elected Ukraine’s president in 2019 after he succeeded in a “soft” election campaign emanating from the people, polarizing Ukrainians and capitalizing on their frustration with the political elite that ruled the country in the post-Soviet era.
Known for many years among his Ukrainian colleagues for his sense of humor, Zelensky worked as a comedian and TV and film executive, and led his comedy troupe (Kvartal 95) before taking office as the country’s president in May 2019.
Zelensky also founded the non-governmental organization The Laughter League, and produced 10 feature films for which he won more than 30 awards at many international film festivals and media forums.
Zelensky, who is of Jewish descent, won the presidential election over candidate Petro Poroshenko in the second round with more than 70% of the vote.
Zelensky, a father of two with a law degree, has acted in well-known films and doubled his television presence in Ukraine as well as in Russia.
