The prices of New Year’s parties in troubled Lebanon are between one thousand and one hundred dollars

It has become clear that Lebanon will not be affected on New Year’s Eve by the stressful economic atmosphere, especially after the Corona wave has receded. Its restaurants and hotels are well prepared to receive night-goers who are keen to bid farewell to the year 2022 and welcome 2023 outside their homes.

But the remarkable thing is that most of the stars of the first row of male and female singers will not participate in the big parties in Lebanon, but rather they have contracted with the party producers to revive New Year’s parties in a number of Arab countries, including Egypt, the Emirates, Tunisia, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, and the city of Riyadh will witness the revival of “Trio”. – An Arabian Night as part of the Riyadh Season concerts.

Nancy Ajram, Najwa Karam, Elissa, Nawal Al-Zoghbi, Walid Tawfiq, Assi Al-Hellani and Wael Kfoury will participate with Asala, Angham, Latifa, Saber Al-Ribai and Bahaa Sultan in reviving a huge singing evening, within an attractive artistic program that has been prepared seriously, and its idea is based on presenting songs in the form of “duet” and ” Trio” at the Mohamed Abdo Theater, accompanied by an Egyptian orchestra of 35 musicians led by arranger and composer Hani Sorour, and in the presence of a wide audience ranging between 15 and 18 thousand.

The artist, Walid Tawfiq, who will participate in this huge concert, explained, “The aim of this idea is to gather 12 Arab stars in one night, who will sing together in the form of (trio) or (duo), and I will perform a duet with Nancy Ajram, and another with Saber Al-Rubai.” And thirdly, with Assi El-Hillani, and I will sing with Bahaa Sultan and Assi El-Hillani in a (trio) form. The same applies to the rest of the artists participating in the ceremony. And he adds, “With regard to the songs that will be presented during the ceremony and the singers who will participate in singing, the responsible committee has proposed a group of choices, and it is up to the artist to accept or reject them. This matter is determined based on the compatibility of the pitches of the voice and the lyrical color. For example, Nancy Ajram and I will sing together ( Tiji We Divide the Moon), and with Saber Al-Ribai, I will sing (Bahia), and with Assi Al-Halani (And I am Mariq Maret). As for the closing song, it will bring together all the artists participating in the ceremony, but until now the issue has not been resolved in terms of whether we will present a song A patriotic song or one of the songs of the Arab artist Muhammad Abdo, and this is a very important issue because it is a tribute to an artist from the golden age.

Tawfiq expressed his admiration for bringing together artists in one concert, saying, “The idea is for Chancellor Turki Al-Sheikh. Usually, the artist sings on stage his own songs and old songs that he loves, but through this unique and attractive experience, we will participate as an artistic generation in singing the works of each one of us. There is no doubt It is a very beautiful participation, and I have always called for its implementation in Lebanon, but there was difficulty in implementing it, but the commission succeeded in it and brought together artists from Lebanon, Egypt, Syria and Tunisia in one ceremony, just as the commission had previously organized a similar party last year that brought together a number of Gulf stars.

Arab nights

The artist Wael Jassar performs two concerts in Egypt, while the artist Ragheb Alama performs one concert in it. The artist Adam chose to sing at the “Le Méridien” hotel in Dubai and Melhem Zein in Erbil, Iraq.

As for Lebanon, a large number of concerts that will be held on New Year’s Eve have been announced, amidst a large number of expatriates and Arab tourists from Egypt, Kuwait, the Emirates and Iraq bidding farewell to the year 2022 in Lebanese hotels, resorts and restaurants, including those that bring together Haifa Wehbe, Saad Al-Majrd and Nader Al-Atat. At the Habtoor Hotel, and between Fares Karam, Majd Moussalli and Abbas Jaafar at the Movenpick Hotel, and between Ziad Burji and Moein Sharif at the Casino du Liban, while Marwan Khoury performs a concert at the Le Royal Hotel, in addition to dozens of concerts that will be held in Various Lebanese regions, and stars from the second and third grades salute them.

Ticket prices range between $150 and $500 per person, and reservations are almost complete. It is expected that the large number of expatriates and Arab tourists, of whom Iraqis constitute the largest proportion, will arrive in Lebanon on the 30th of this year, and then the sale of cards will become active on the black market and prices will rise dramatically.
