Bought by Elon Musk, the Californian company Twitter, which had nearly 7,500 employees at the end of October, began a wave of layoffs worldwide as well as the temporary closure of its offices.

In the night from Thursday to Friday, a group of five employees who had just been dismissed also filed a complaint against the company on the grounds that the group had not respected the 60-day notification period provided for by American law in the event of massive layoffs (Warn Act).
