Three people die in an accident in Luxembourg

Two occupants of a car and a pedestrian did not survive the accident. The traces of the serious accident which occurred on rue de Neudorf were still visible on Monday afternoon.

Three people died Monday morning in a collision between two cars. Around 10:10 a.m., in the rue de Neudorf, near a bus stop, two cars – coming from Findel – wanted to overtake a stationary bus. A crash then occurred.

One of the cars, with two people in it, hit a house. The two occupants, the 64-year-old driver and the 31-year-old passenger, died at the scene of the accident. A pedestrian was also mowed down in the accident. She too succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The driver of the first car was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
