Alpine skiing fans can look forward to a special weekend. The 93rd International Lauberhorn Race is being held in Wengen, a Swiss village in the Bernese Oberland. The World Cup weekend begins this Friday (January 13) with a men’s Super G. At 12 noon the first of a total of two speed races will take place in Wengen. The second will take place tomorrow at the same time, before the weekend ends with a slalom on Sunday.
